We are Graham and Anne Rice and we have owned a property in Kinloch since 1998. After selling our manufacturing business, we decided to move here permanently in 2008. I started Kinloch Auto & Marine Electrical, a mobile business servicing the local area. Anne and I have embraced the local community: Anne is secretary for the Kinloch Community Association and I am the neighbourhood Support & Civil Defence Co-ordinator for Kinloch. Together, we operate Kinloch Rentals and Property Management.

What we do

Kinloch Rental & Property Management offers a friendly, hassle-free service for both home owners and tenants. We organise corporate and wedding accommodation, boat charters and catering.

For the Tenant

Key pick-up is located in central Kinloch. You will be greeted by one of our friendly team, who will provide you with a brochure and directions to your home stay. The house you have selected will be neat, tidy and will meet any specific requests you have made. Port-a-cot and highchairs are available at no extra charge. We charge a cleaning fee and organise the cleaning of the house when you leave. Linen is available for hire. This website is linked to the AA Bookabach site where you can earn AA Reward points.

For the owner

Our aim is to help you earn a return on your investment, through good service and marketing.

Our website reaches an international market, and will feature up-to-date events in Kinloch and Taupo. Your property will be looked after and we provide services such as gardening, home maintenance, building, plumbing, painting, electrical, cleaning, security and alarm monitoring. Our link with the AA Bookabach Team provides us with the rental performance plan for your property, client information and feedback. I meet clients staying in your home and check the house after they have vacated. 


I have been fortunate enough to benefit from the support of Graham and Anne Rice for some years now.

I have a holiday home in Kinloch, which I share with family and friends. It is an older, high-maintenance property which always needs a bit of attention. The thing I like most about Graham, is that he responds quickly to my requests for maintenance help; his quotes are always reasonable and consistent, and he gets on with what needs to be done.

He and Anne are thoroughly nice people. I have always felt that I can trust them to offer me appropriate advice and to ensure that any work done is of a high standard and quality. Often Graham is able to do the work himself and if he requres additional assistance, he knows the right people to approach to get the job done.

I have always felt that Graham has my interests at heart - he has done a lot of work for me over the years, like tree-felling, drive repair, deck replacement, creation of a bunk room and heaps of general maintenance. He has made a real difference to the value of the property, and given me peace of mind along the way.

I cannot commend him highly enough - these are good people.
